... to meet the world.
Motivated from Gartenliesel I bought again a leash for rabbits. I tried it before by one of my earlier rabbits called Mister Miller. Mister Miller was a very sweet and calm rabbit but... unfortunately... a bit too fat for the harness. Gandalf, I believed, would be too nervous to tighten a harness and I thought that he would be rather stressed than enjoyed.
But... I was completely wrong with that thought.
Without any problem I could tighten the harness.
His first rounds he only made around the well known enclosure. But after having styled himself for today's walk...
... had just one glimpse back...
... and off he went.
Yes, I believe he really enjoyed his garden tour. Unfortunately Emma doesn't feel comfortable with the harness... she was always seeking a way back into the enclosure. Not every animal has the same wishes and does like all the ideas we human have and therefore I of course won't press her for more walks with the leash. But Gandalf will sure now get more opportunities to explore our garden and the nearby fields.
Even when there are some strange creatures waiting for him. They haven't become friends yet, but I'm working at it *LoL*.
Don't worry, Noah isn't cleaning himself after a Gandalf-meal.
Even when Noah really would have loved to try whether this little rabbit could be a perfect toy or not, a loud "No" from me always stopped him and remembered him to his good manners. Naughty cat!
So he just get back to his other object of desire: the birdhouse. I just put it outside one week ago and I had to put it up from the ground at least once a day because it has the ridiculous habit to just fall at the ground by itself.
The little red guy had learned that his cover as autumn leave just beside the birdhouse didn't work at all, so he decided to flatten my crocosmia. He explained to me later on, that he had to set priorities. Oh yes, of course.
And it will be like on every other evening: the little devil turns into a little angel.
Completely exhausted he collapse on the coach after a busy day. Huuuu, I'm really lucky not having to lead such an exhausting cats life like Noah.
Habt ein schönes Wochenende und einen guten Start in die neue Woche.
Have a nice weekend and a good start into the new week.
En liebe Gruess / Take care
