Yes, I know what you're thinking reading the topic of today's post. What is she talking about rainforest in her part of the world?! Oh please, don't nit-pick :o). Switzerland isn't as huge as Brazil and therefore our rainforest is a bit smaller, well a big bit smaller... not to say tiny.
Enough of talking, let's move on into our rainforest for the little guy . Will you join me?
And if you ask yourself how I choose this topic of rainforest, then I have to admit, that we had a lot of rain lately and I'm in the forest... Yes I know, my humor had seen better days but my vacation comes to an end soon and that's really no reason to laugh.
Here a puddles and...
... there a puddles.
Are you wondering too what people do forget in a forest? Well this thing here hang on a branchlets and I found it a bit creepy. Imagine the witch from Hansel and Gretel took the little child who belongs to this plug, with her into her Gingerbread House. No, that's too much of imagination, the witch would never have taken the child without its plug into her house... unless she was deaf, of course. Surely the child is well and sitting in the living room floor of its home and waiting to get a new pacifier.
Of course I'm not alone on my walk through the jungle.
This is my companion in which I can pack all my treasures I find in the wood. This basket I got as a gift from my aunt when I was a teenager, about 26 years ago. And still I love it that much that I would never change it against a new one.
A lot of mushrooms were growing in the wood at the moment.
But I wouldn't take every mushroom with me for diner. Those here look rather like stomach ache.
And this little guy here is no more than a good photo model.
The mist is leaving now the forest and leaves just the sun back.
I love our wood, it reminds me on a fairy tale wood with all its moss on the ground.
A lot of little trickles thwart it. It is rather a moist forest and its soil is very loamy.
Felled giant. This belongs to a wood too, even when I like them more standing upgrade with lots of green at them and if possible decorated with a squirrel.
Fall has reached our little rainforest. But I especially love walking through the woods at that time of the year. It's full of color, mushrooms and other treasures. It's beautiful and exciting at the same time.
Thank you for joining me on this way through the forest but also on the way through a colorful blogger world. It's so exciting to visit your beautiful blogs and to read all your lovely comments to my posts. Thank you so much for that!
