Sekt bereit... und wo bitte, ist nun die Glücksfee? Ich geh mal raus in den Garten nachsehen...
Champagne ready and... where on earth is now our Mr. Luck? I go and have a look in the garden...
Oh weija, da mache ich mich wohl besser aus dem Staub, sonst schreit's wieder nach Arbeit.
Oh, dear, I better hide myself else I have to work again.
"Hey, Mr. Bullfinch, you've got the better view up there. Have you seen Mr. Cat?" -
"Oh, yes, he's hiding on the hazel tree."
"Sorry. I didn't know that you was looking for me and that you need my lucky paw, but.."
"... Du weisst schon, dass Katerarbeit verboten ist, oder?" - "Noah, die meinten Kinderarbeit, nicht Katerarbeit. Und jetzt abmarsch an den Lostopf!"
"... you do know, that cat labor isn't allowed, do you?" - "Noah, they mean child labor not cat labor. And come on now, you have work to do at the lot pot."

The winner of the giveaway are comment 1, 13 and 29. This means
That's a good way to start a year, isn't it?
By the way, of course I didn't abuse poor lazy Noah to draw the lot, but my dear hubby. He shaked the lot glass heavily and finally gripped in.
So, und nun lasst uns feiern. / But I prefer now to celebrate.
Today morning I played a bit with my Macro lens and look,
... I found some rash plants. A hydrangea, that can't wait until spring,
a very quick tree peony,
... and a honeysuckle who didn't listen to my words of warning. Well, maybe it is me, who is wrong, maybe spring will be early this year. At least didn't we blogger too hurry up with putting away all Christmas decoration... is that a sign?
At least it is too early for snails, isn't it. But if you are wondering, whether there was a new kind of snails found in my garden, I can only say: dream about it. You won't get rich in my garden, well at least not in material things. And now attention, I'm getting philosophical: our garden will make us rich in spiritual things *LoL*, especially when you can't feel your back anymore after hours of weeding, or when your arms are full of rose thorns, or while fighting with brambleberry shoots... However, I'm already nosy what the garden year 2013 will bring us. Have a good time!
