In German the Saying "Have you got all your cups in the cabinet" means "Do you have a screw loose". So, yes, because I haven't stored all my cups in the kitchen cabinet but sometimes in the garden too :o). All the other cups I have brought out to make a cup fashion show.
Fitting to the time of the year, at least looking at the flowers not at the month. In my part of the world Snowdrops and Hellebore are flowering in late February and March.
A cup that my hubby received as a gift. It's a cup for every situation in life, it is even shown how to tie a tie.
My favorite cup, handmade by my friend the Chacheli-Macheri.
A cup I like to use in summer, strolling through the garden with a cup of tea.
My good-night cup. I love it beside my bed for a last drink before sleeping. Yes, I've got a cup for every situation *LoL*.
Isn't this a sweet one? I bought it some years ago in a super market.
Those two enamel cups I bought in the Garden from Monsieur Monet in Giverny. Well, they bring up lovely memories... not of Monsieur Monet, I'm not that old!!! But in his garden was a little gift shop and I just had to buy those two.
Completely unwieldy, much too big, but sooooooo romantic. Well, who said that beauty is always easy to handle.
And another lovely cup from lady Chacheli-Macheri. I'd love to fill my whole cabinet with them... I'm working on it :o).
Noah war das ganze nicht so geheuer, er suchte lieber schon mal Deckung, bis die Frau Gwundergarten wieder alle Tassen sicher und gut verstaut hatte.
Noah found this all rather disturbing and looked out for a good hiding place while I played with all that cups. Don't worry, little guy, the sky won't drop on your head. :o)
Habt alle eine gute zweite Wochenhälfte
