First I'd like to say thanks for all those kind get well wishes from you. I feel much better only a stupid cold has stayed but I guess this will be over soon too. I have no time for such disturbing things *grmpf*.
Ida schicken. Du weisst, was ich meine ;o).
And then I'd like to send a big hug to Ida. What a surprise to find a parcel from her in my letterbox. Isn't that card just sweet?!
And look what hopped out of the lovely parcel. I already admired those sweet little bunnies in Idas Blog and now one of them really hopped into the Gwundergarten. What a surprise! Thank you so much, dear Ida, and feel yourself hugged.
But now to the topic. I know, my reputation precedes me... shop until you drop... but really, that's not my fault. It's my mum's fault, really, it's a so called genetic problem, yesss. But to be well equipped i sewed myself a shopping bag. And somehow I feel like Tom Hanks in the movie "Cast Away":
Only that I call: "I've made a baaaaag!" I wanted for ages sew a bag but I never dared to start the project.
It's made from a plasticized fabric and it is lined with a fine corduroy fabric. I sewed some lace an my label on it and that was it. At the end I have to say it wasn't that difficult... as long as you don't have a closer look at it :o).
And those things arrived me too today. Ehm, yes... Shopping Queen can't be stopped. But I need those little stones to do more of those leather armwraps. It's really fun to chain them.
I'm ready for spring as all of you. I try to persuade it to stay with those lovely flowers, but I'm not sure that it will work.
Caro erstanden. Süss nicht? Ich werde dann noch ein paar Blümchen hineinstellen.
This lovely birdcage I bought from Caro. Isn't it just sweet?! I will put some flower in it soon.
Still snow drops play the first role in my garden, but they start to get company.
There were now Leucojum vernum
and all the different kinds of Helleborus.
And look, even the wild garlic dared to get out of the soil. I'm already looking forward to wild garlic pesto, wild garlic Spätzli and frittata... yummy.
Ich wünsche Euch allen einen schönen Frühlingsanfang.
Have a great start into spring!
