Phew, what a week... it was full of decisions... and I hate decisions :o). It started with a publishing company who wanted to print my novel "Ein Bett in Cornwall" (A bed in Cornwall). Well, I guess you can imagine how exciting that was for me... until I read the details of the contract. Unfortunately I didn't read on the companys homepage that it was a publishing company who works with investments from the author. This may be okay for some people, who really want to publish their manuscript and I have to say that all people from this company were really kind to me... but for me to write a novel was always an affair of the heart. I really don't mind if it will never be published and I really don't want to invest any money in it. I guess the world won't suffer, if it will never appear in a bookshelf... it already suffers from too many books from stars and starletts *LoL*. However, of course I continue to look after another publishing company and I will carry on in keeping my head rule over the heart.
Another affair of the heart was the spring Market but again I had to put my heart aside and let my head rule the business. I simply had to accept, that half a year is too little time to produce sweet little things for the Market when one has to work, to care for the garden and the home. So I had the participation cancelled *sniff*.
Online Shöppli aktualisiert. Es gibt zum Beispiel wieder Rosenseifen.
But therefore I updated my little Online Shop. For example with rose soaps.
and the little Pink Lady soap.
New shoppers found their way into the shop.
And Mini cases.
Herb cushions (Pfuus guet means Sleep well). This is the men edition... withouth laces *smile*.
Even Etageres... but those have to be picked up in the shop. I'm not gonna send them by mail. I know that shards bring luck... but not this time :o).
Chacheli-Macheri einfach einen blauen Tag in der Creativa und Muba in Basel. Zuvor gab's aber noch ein leckeres Nutella-Frühstück unter strenger Beobachtung der Vier-Pfötler :o).
And because yesterday was Valentins day, I just left all the work to the bees and took a day off together with Mrs. Chacheli-Macheri . After a healthy and delicious Nutella breakfast :o) we left for the Creativa and Muba exhibition in Basel.
Now I'm full of new ideas... but I'm not gonna tell you yet, what I' will do with those things here.
Of course I coultn't walk by those sweet little stones. They will end up in another arm wrap.
Herzensschwestern gleich an eine Nähmaschine setzen dürfen... aber wir hatten ja frei *grins*. Auch beim Cupcake backen wollte man uns engagieren, aber wir wären da eher für's Probieren zu begeistern gewesen.
There was so much to see and do at the Creativa: for example we could have taken a seat in front of a sewing machine by the Herzensschwestern, but as I told before, we enjoyed a day off, so no work for us on Valentines day. Even at the Cupcake Workshop they wanted us... but we would have preferred to just taste them, which wasn't what they had in mind for us.
So ein Freundinnen-Tag tut einfach der Seele gut, Mädels... das sollte man sich viel öfters gönnen. Es war einfach wieder herrlich mit Dir, Caro, danke!
Such a girlie day is very good for the soul... and we really should do that more often. It was great fun with you, Caro, thank you!
Before I finally end this endless story here :o), this sleepy fellow wants to thank you for all those nice comments about his talents.
Of course he was rewarded with something special, not that you believe I only gave him those untasty treats. And yes, I know that he is a clever boy and he deserves only the best. Hope he won't get airs and graces about all this... his example is the little cat on the food bowl, that does worry me a bit.
This sweet little gift (without the angel, who was a X-mas gift from my godchild and which I like so much that I changed it in a guardian angel... it fits so nicely to the rest, don't you think so?) I just received today from my neighbors for home and pet care during their holidays. I really enjoy it, it's so beautiful.
And now you did it... Mrs Gwundergartens review of the week is over. Have a lovely weekend!
