I'm so sorry, but the "Lady Luck" is indispensable. Because of massive overworking.
Everyday Noah has to bring home one of those monsters... (which Mrs Gwundergarten may save into the Drywall behind the house, followed by angry looks from Noah...I'm lucky, that I overcome the fear of slow worms)...
... so we had to find somebody else, who would work temporary as "Lady Luck" and pull the two readers from the lottery pot. My hubby took over the job as long as he didn't need to wear a Tutu or a magic stick. He was allowed... and so he did what a Lady Luck has to do.
Das Romänchen "Ein Bett in Cornwall" geht an:
My novel "A bed in Cornwall" goes to:
Frau Hummel, Deine Adresse habe ich bereits ;o).
Noah, you don't have to pretend to be dead... the work is done.
And an even bigger yaaaawwwwn...
Isn't life at whitsun just beautiful?
Was sonst noch so an Pfingsten abgeht im Gwundergarten:
What else is going on in the Gwundergarten at whitsun:
White Allium with the rose Penelope and Alchemilla.
The rose Wild Eve from David Austin is very lovely at the moment. She has beautiful big flowers and her fragrance is breathtaking.
White poppy, it is much easier to make photos of than the red one... and to be honest, I love it better. The big red papaver orientale had problems with the heat during the last two days. It's flowers scorched after only one day.
The hydrangea Annabelle can grow now as big as they like. This time they will stay straight with this lovely flower fence.
Again rose Fimbriata.
I felt a bit creepy when I noticed that the trellis of one clematis became a dating point for bugs. Iiiiek!
Well, I have to confess that the leaves fit well to the bugs, but must they be...
aber müssen es denn gleich so viele sein?
Er hat's doch getan... aber zum richtigen Zeitpunkt die Reissleine gezogen, sprich die Flügel ausgebreitet.
Don't jump little bug... life can be so beautiful... even when your honey choose another guy... there is so much more in life. Don't do it.
Well, he did anyway but... he opened his wings just in the right moment.
This gorgeous flower belongs to a Rodgersia. I love their big leaves too, so it is no wonder that I planted two more of them.
Elke, kennst Du die? Ist eine alte Bekannte von Dir *lach*. Ich freu mich wie blöd über das Röschen. Sie blüht an der einen Seite zartrosa...
Hi Elke, do you remember this rose? I got it as a baby from you *smile* and look what a stunning beauty it became!
At one end of the fence the flowers are a light pink...
... and on the other shining white.
They look very sweet and I can't wait until they grow over the whole fence.
I spent most of the hot day in the cool workshop and enjoyed to produce some new Etageres.
Finally I found the time to finish this shopper (after over one month). Whitsun, you could stay forever... if you ask me :o).
Habt alle noch einen sonnigen Pfingstmontag und dann einen guten Start in die verkürzte Woche.
Enjoy Whit Monday and have a good start into the short week.
